Working with us as a new client

We try to maintain a structured process to working with new clients. An initial interview is done by two of us (usually someone more technical and someone more project focused), at this point depending on your needs and requirements, a project manager is selected - they have the role of working directly with you until the site is live, and after that remaining as the first contact. This ensures consistency and the feeling that you’re not explaining your objectives to different people along the way.

You will get a login to our site which will allow you to post any questions, technical issues and see relevant project management information including where we are with your installation. We can adapt to your project management approach, including PRINCE2.
Although we have designed our applications to work almost out of the box - we strongly believe that each installation should be catered to our individual clients.

We can work with your designers on creating the right look and feel you require, almost any design will work with the UsableContent CMS, and we can help to ensure it’s both usable and accessible.
From you we do want assurances that any documentation that we require will be supplied in good time if we are to meet deadlines.
